CONGRATULATIONS to the Hawks and Falcons that graded today! Fantastic effort by all, you should all be so very proud of your achievement!  

Our timetable is changing effective next week, starting Thursday 11 October 2018. This will affect Hawks classes on Thursdays and all classes on Fridays, as follows: Thursdays - Junior Hawks (white and orange belts only): 5:30-6:15pm Senior Hawks

Yes that's right, September is Bring A Buddy Month! This means that all students can bring friends and family along to train with them for FREE for all of September! Starts tomorrow!
